About me
Dr. Toni Hull is a dynamic educational leader with 33 years of experience serving students and educators in New York and New Mexico. She currently serves as a Regional Instructional Specialist with the Southwest Regional Educational Cooperative, where she supports eight districts through high-impact coaching and professional development.
Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Toni Hull has held nearly every level of school leadership, including roles as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, director, and head administrator. Her work is characterized by a unique blend of instructional expertise and strategic innovation, evidenced by her role as the founder of the Mesilla Valley Leadership Academy in 2016. She previously served as the Principal/Head Administrator of Explore Academy Las Cruces and as the Executive Director of Curriculum and Instructional Innovation for Hatch Valley Public Schools. Her national and global contributions include serving as a U.S. Department of Education Teacher Ambassador Fellow, a Woodrow Wilson MBA Fellow, and a Ron Clark Academy Global House Ambassador.
Dr. Hull holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and an MBA. In addition to her regional support work, she serves as a performance coach in New Mexico’s Priority Schools Bureau Leadership programs and has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Educational Leadership at New Mexico State University. She is deeply passionate about aligning school culture with instructional excellence to reimagine education through the pillars of gratitude, relationships, scholarship, and purpose.
