Jeanne Schopf is the founder of Pathways Towards Literacy and a highly sought-after motivational keynote speaker with over 30 years of experience in the field of education. As a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT), Certified Dyslexia Interventionist (C-SLDI), and Certified Explicit Instruction Trainer of Trainers, she is recognized as an elite practitioner and mentor who specializes in systemic change and instructional excellence.
Throughout her career, Jeanne Schopf has served as a K–12 educator, literacy coach, and reading specialist. She is a prominent leader in both state and national literacy initiatives, focusing on the implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and the Science of Reading. She is the editor and co-author of Reading Isn’t Optional: Fulfilling the Promise of Literacy for Secondary Students (Solution Tree). In addition to her pedagogical expertise, she is a certified John Maxwell speaker, trainer, and coach, which allows her to uniquely blend leadership development with literacy coaching to drive lasting school transformation.
