Liz Tran is the Public Affairs Specialist at the Denver Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. In this capacity, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the branch’s public outreach programs, playing a key role in connecting the Federal Reserve with the community and regional stakeholders.
A versatile communicator, Liz Tran oversees both internal and external communications, ensuring that the bank’s initiatives and economic insights are shared clearly and effectively. Her professional background is notably diverse; prior to joining the Federal Reserve, she gained valuable experience working within the energy and water science sectors, bringing a unique perspective on complex industry communications to her current role.
Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with minors in Italian and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Her work continues to focus on fostering transparency and engagement through strategic communication and community-centered outreach.
