With 23 years of teaching experience, I am a Level 3 educator with a strong background in data analysis, intervention planning, and supporting teachers through the Multi-Layered System of Supports (MLSS) process. My role involves working one-on-one with teachers to provide individualized support, leading department presentations, and designing and delivering professional development sessions.
