Please review the critical parking guidelines below to ensure your pass works correctly:🚗 Where to Park
- Valid Location: This pass is only valid at the official Albuquerque Convention Center garage, located off Martin Luther King Blvd and Broadway Blvd.
- Exclusions: This pass will not work for the underground parking garage (Civic Plaza Garage). If you park there, you will be responsible for the standard parking fees.
📲 How to Use the Pass
- Scan Upon Entry: You must scan the QR code above immediately upon entering the garage.

- If you do not show your code upon entering, you will NOT be reimbursed.
- Validity Dates: While our core conference dates are June 3rd and 4th, the pass system is active for our event block from June 2nd through June 5th, 2026.
- If you are staying at the Doubletree, your parking is included in your room fee, please stay parked at the hotel

Networking & Sessions
- How do I schedule or sign up for specific sessions? Go to my schedule in the sched app.
- Will I have access to session recordings or presentation slides afterward? It is up to the individual presenters as to what they share. Please ask them if you want something shared with you. Presentations will not be recorded.

- Does the conference have a code of conduct? There are metal detectors on the way in please do not bring any weapons, food or drinks into the venue.

Session Logistics
- How long are the speaking slots and what format is expected?One hour with 15 minutes between each session.
- What audiovisual equipment will be provided? All rooms will have microphones and hdmi projectors. Adapters will also be availiable. Clickers are not included.

- How can I promote my session to attendees? Login to sched on a computer and you can find your presenter page to upload documents and email your attendees.

- Will my presentation be recorded and shared? Only what you upload will be shared, sessions are not recorded.
- Can I get attendee feedback from my session? Yes attendees can leave feedback on your session. You will be able to view that feedback.
