About me

I have been an classroom teacher, school librarian, and gifted teacher in Massachusetts and New Mexico for 39 years. I am happiest when out in nature and especially in or near natural water bodies.

I am a lifelong learner. I was a volunteer firefighter and EMT. Some education topics of special interest to me are; Children's Literature, Arts and SEL integration, Outdoor Education, Play-based and Hands-On learning.
