About me
Dr. Maggie Carrillo is a Structured Literacy Specialist in the MLSS department for Albuquerque Public Schools. Part of her work is to support teachers and school sites with the Dyslexia Screener, Structured Literacy implementation, and LETRS. She was an elementary teacher of grades 1-5 for ten years and actively used technology for communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking with her young students to enhance and enrich their literacy development.
